Between where your business is now and where you want it to be, lie unmet goals, ill-fated solutions, and blind spots that can negatively impact how effectively you manage finite resources, hone operational systems, and unleash talented people.
To unlock performance, we need to identify the optimal leverage points. These are often not clearly evident to all.
When we seek to unlock performance, it’s not a simple input equals output formula. Truly amazing performance delivery is exponential! The opportunity is to find the key(s) to unlock the performance tipping point and to realize exponential outcomes.
Most would consider this very dangerous - almost like opening Pandora’s Box. We must have the courage to “open the box” otherwise the information we could glean will be lost and "not knowing" will prevent us from achieving what the business so desperately wants to achieve.
I have a talent for picking up cues and identifying “what is off” or where problems may lie under the “business as usual” facade! As an uninhibited truth seeker, I ask the questions that no one else is asking and have an enormous amount of energy that allows me to persist, even in the face of layers of resistance.
I usually build trust quickly across all levels of an organization. Through inquiry and investigation, I quickly identify what defeats your team. It helps to distinguish what perpetuates the inability to achieve results, because when we can recognize these conditions, we can deal with them. Equally, limited resources or inefficient systems create roadblocks preventing people from contributing their best.
A multifaceted investigation, fueled by endless curiosity, helps to orchestrate the performance that leads to exponential outcomes.

You don’t learn to walk by following rules. You learn by doing and by falling over.
The first step in this inquiry is a question – any question, but one that is posed without any preconceived ideas. There needs to be an openness to uncover unknown truths with deep listening and an invitation to collaboratively discover what is getting in the way of exceptional performance.
There will be relationships, behaviour, clarity of communication and the underlying company culture that will be impacting performance, in addition to organizational structure, systems and processes that can get in the way.
As understanding unfolds, action to move roadblocks out of the way begins. The journey to unlock performance takes form in a series of steps. Sometimes slow and steady and at other times, fast-paced and multi-directional. What is certain is the need to flex our resilience.
It begins with your questions.
